A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
To request the availability of the apartments, use the availability request form on our website.
We reply to your request within 24 hours with an email communicating the availability of the apartments in which we indicate the prices and methods of payment.
In order to book the apartment, simply reply with an email to our communication of availability.
The apartment is confirmed exclusively when you recieve our "Booking Confirmation" email containing the details of your stay in the B&B and the price.
On the day of your arrival check-in is from 3.00 to 6.00 pm ; on the day of departure check-out is from 07:00 to 11:00 am.
On the arrival, you will be asked to show a valid identity document whose details will be submitted to the Police in order to keep track of all our Guests.
The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
In the event of a cancellation up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival no charge will be made.
For cancellations communicated within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival or in case of no-show a cancellation charge equivalent to the entire stay rate will be made.

Accomodation rates are intended per room and per night. The price does not include the tourist tax which involves an additional expense of € 2.5 per day per person for a maximum of 5 days
The price of the stay is communicated in the booking acceptance email.
With the confirmation of the reservation we ask, as a guarantee , the data of your credit card . These data are not used to charge for the cost of the stay but exclusively for the collection of any penalty due for cancellation of the stay.
The balance of the stay will be paid upon arrival.
Payment methods accepted: cash, credit card, bank transfer, Paypal.
Children from zero to two years old stay free.
